TPE-E
what is TPEE?
Maikesi provides various specifications of TPE-E, which can be used for injection molding or extrusion.
TPE-E (Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer) is a polymer material that combines the properties of thermoplastics and elastomers. It consists of a hard polyester part and a soft polyether or polyester part, which gives it excellent elasticity, wear resistance, chemical resistance and heat resistance.
TPE-E Material characteristics:
1.Elasticity and flexibility: TPE-E has rubber-like elasticity and maintains good elasticity over a wide temperature range.
2.Wear resistance: It has excellent wear resistance and is suitable for applications that require wear-resistant materials.
3.Chemical resistance: TPE-E has good resistance to many chemicals, including greases and some solvents.
4.Heat resistance: This material can maintain its physical properties at higher temperatures, and its operating temperature range is usually -40℃ to 150℃.
TPEE Applications: TPE-E can be processed by conventional thermoplastic processing methods, such as injection molding, extrusion molding and blow molding.
TPE-E is widely used in the following fields:
1.Automotive industry: used to manufacture automotive seals, hoses, fenders and transmission belts, etc.
2.Electronic appliances: used for wire and cable sheaths, plugs, connectors and flexible circuits, etc.
3.Consumer products: such as sports shoe soles, handles, tool bag glue, etc.
4.Industry: used to manufacture transmission belts, hoses, gaskets and seals, etc.
